# Google

Service: `google`. A new setup starts from:

## Set it

On the flow's **Voice** tab, choose **Speaking**, then **Google**. Or from code:

## Settings

Settings marked “under More settings” are behind **More settings** in the dashboard.

- `name` (string): **Voice**. A Google voice name, e.g. en-IN-Chirp3-HD-Kore.
- `language` (string): **Language**. The language the agent speaks in. Default: `"en-IN"`.
- `gender` (string): **Gender**. Used when the voice name isn’t set. Default: `"female"`.
- `speaking-rate` (number (×)): **Speed** (under More settings). How fast the agent talks. From 0.25 to 2. Default: `1`.
- `pitch` (number (st)): **Pitch** (under More settings). Not supported by Chirp 3 HD voices. From -20 to 20. Default: `0`.
- `volume-gain-db` (number (dB)): **Volume** (under More settings). Louder or quieter than normal. From -12 to 12. Default: `0`.
